prom-hummer-limo.com cannot guarantee availability or make a reservation should a customer make reservations less than 12 hours before their flight or on the same day. We encourage customers to contact us by text or calling our number to inquire about availability. We cannot be held responsible for the damages customers could suffer due to prom-hummer-limo.com not executing any transport services following the schedule. In a situation like this, the customer’s liability is only limited to the value of the ticket purchased from us.

Further, prom-hummer-limo.com is not responsible for any items left behind by the client or out of the vehicle. Call us immediately if you’ve lost items inside your car. We’ll be glad to help you locate it. The customer is fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle they cause or their party members, whether they did so intentionally or knowingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are allowed. Please contact our phone number by phone or text to inform us of any cancellations or by email.
A cancellation fee will be debited to your credit card if the trip cannot be completed within the scheduled period. Customers are required to notify our customer service representatives about cancellations at a minimum of 3 hours in advance of the time of pickup and at least six hours in advance for any pickups scheduled from the nearby areas so that they can prevent any cancellation fees.

NO SHOW

We cannot be held responsible in the event of delayed or canceled passenger flights or trains or any other incident that leads you to fail to comply with the required cancellation policy. If you fail in your obligation to inform us about any delays or cancellations and we cannot establish contact with the registered contact person, even after waiting 15 minutes before the pickup time scheduled, The ride will be deemed as not-showed and canceled. It could result in a no-show fee of the total amount plus any additional charges.

CARD CREDIT POLICY

For transactions made with credit cards, customers must supply the card information ahead of time to get pre-approval. This is to protect against fraud and not the sole payment made for the trip. When making a reservation with a credit or debit card, a preliminary charge equivalent to 150% of the cost of the reservation is charged onto the card to ensure the estimated total costs for the trip, such as tolls, parking, gratuity, additional stops, and an additional charge for off-hours or time.
